When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made through ASM transportation in Spain and Europe within:

2-7 business days in Spain
7-14 business days in the European Union

They normally meet these deadlines, although Rideflow cannot guarantee punctuality as the aforementioned transport company is responsible. 

There is a limit set by Law of 30 days from the date of order confirmation to shipment. If for any reason an item is not available, we are committed to notifying the user of this situation as soon as possible.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present when the courier attempts to deliver your order, he will leave a notice and take your order to the transport office. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange delivery or pickup.

We advise you to use an address where someone can receive the package in person during business hours.
Please note that shipments can be delayed by customs.

How can I track my order?

 How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost for Spain and the Balearic Islands is €4.95. For orders over €50, shipping is free (Spain and Balearic Islands). The cost to other destinations will depend on the particular address and will appear when you enter your shipping information during the checkout process before you confirm payment.

Import duties are not included and you may have to pay them in order to receive your items. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot say what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current fees before you place your order to avoid unexpected charges.

Product Warranty:

All of our products have warranties against defects in materials and manufacturing. The damage caused by improper use or handling of the products are excluded from the warranty.


Verification upon receipt: 

The Customer must verify the state of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept the delivery and let us know by sending an email to
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of sale, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer once the warehouse has processed the return of the products.
If we have not received any communication of refusal of the products within 7 days of delivery, Rideflow considers the Customer to have accepted them. This does not affect the Customer's right to return or exchange an order.

Incorrect orders:

If the order that you have received is defective or incorrect on the part of Rideflow, all shipping costs will be borne by Rideflow. Please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt of the order.

Return or exchange of products:

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied. If for any reason upon receipt of your order you do not wish to keep the product, or if you want to exchange it for another size or model, you have thirty (30) days to return it from receipt of the order.
You must send an email with your information and the order number to to make us aware of such return or exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, you must fill out the return form which can be found at the following link

Once you have completed the return form, you must attach it to the product to be returned and send it to our warehouse.

In all cases, to process a return the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in perfect condition, with all tags, original packaging and have not been used or washed.

The purchased product should be sent by certified mail so that it reaches the following address no later than thirty (30) days from the date you received your order.

The cost to ship to Rideflow Clothing must always be paid by the customer. Rideflow Clothing will not accept pay on delivery costs under any circumstances.

Once we receive your product, we will proceed with verification and if you meet the above requirements, within a maximum period of 10 business days, you will be refunded the product cost by the same payment method you used to place the order, except shipping expenses, which are borne by the customer.
In the event that the product does not meet the above requirements, Rideflow will let you know by email.

Rideflow reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.

If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, but you can make a return once it is received. In this case, you must wait to receive it and then proceed with your return, provided it complies with the conditions detailed above.
